Online Purchasing, Repairing & Support

Terms and Conditions for Online Purchasing, Repairing, Remote Support (15 mins free, charges apply thereafter), and Onsite Support of Electronic Hardware by STEPEDGE P/L

Thank you for considering STEPEDGE P/L for your online electronic hardware needs. Before you purchase, repair, or receive support services for your computer, laptop, servers, or any electronic hardware online, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Payment: Payment for services must be made in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by STEPEDGE P/L.

Online Purchasing: All online purchases of electronic hardware are subject to availability. If the electronic hardware is not available, STEPEDGE P/L will contact you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Repairs: All repairs to electronic hardware are subject to a diagnostic fee, which will be applied towards the cost of the repair. If the electronic hardware is not repairable, the diagnostic fee will be the full cost of the service. In addition, if any parts are required to complete the repair, the cost of the parts will be in addition to the service fee.

Remote Support: The first 15 minutes of remote support will be provided free of charge to diagnose and identify any technical issues. Any remote support services exceeding the first 15 minutes will be charged at an hourly rate or as per the project. The cost of the service will be communicated to you prior to the start of any remote support service.

Onsite Support: Onsite support will be provided as necessary to resolve any technical issues. Onsite support services may be charged by the hour or as per the project. The cost of the service will be communicated to you prior to the start of any onsite support service.

Warranty: Repairs performed by STEPEDGE P/L come with a 30-day warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise specified. The warranty does not cover any defects, damages, or malfunctions that arise due to any misuse, abuse, or alteration of the electronic hardware.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with the repair services provided by STEPEDGE P/L, you may request a refund within 14 days of the repair completion date. The refund will be subject to a deduction of the diagnostic fee and any parts costs.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall STEPEDGE P/L be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, repair, or use of the electronic hardware.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which STEPEDGE P/L is located.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and STEPEDGE P/L and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By purchasing, repairing, or receiving support services for your electronic hardware online from STEPEDGE P/L, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before making any purchases or receiving any services.
